Return Policy

We at New Vision Art love the art that we sell. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Please email ann@newvisionart.com to begin the process.

Gift items may be returned within 30 days for store credit.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaged for return with the materials they were sent in. Ship the items to be returned to New Vision Art, 276 Ridge Road, Orem, Utah 84057. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If the product arrives damaged? We package our products by hand but sometimes they get damaged in the shipping process. Please let us know and if possible send us a photo and we will make the arrangements to replace it.
